You don't need to appear on television to need this
But if you're preparing for it, this is where you should practice. Some people get invited to television, podcasts, interviews, and some simply want to communicate more confidently: as a leader, during presentations, at conferences, in negotiations.
The camera here is not a medium, but a development tool: it shows you how you work when people are watching you. Once you've seen it in yourself, you'll recognize it later even without the camera.
The Method
The camera doesn't lie
We film, review, analyze, correct, and you do it again.
1
We film
We model real situations relevant to you with a professional crew.
2
We review
We watch the recording immediately, that's where the real work begins.
3
We analyze
Specifically: where did the sentence get lost, when did your tone change, what worked.
4
We correct
We refine your delivery with practical techniques.
5
You do it again
In the second recording, you'll already see the improvement.
Familiar?
These situations are familiar to many
I know the answer, yet I talk too much.
Another explanation comes, a digression, and meanwhile the main point gets lost.
An unexpected question throws me off.
As long as they ask what you prepared for, everything is fine. Then something else comes up.
It sounded much better in my head.
Watching the recording back, it didn't quite come across the same way.
I change in front of the camera.
You become stiffer, your voice changes, your natural gestures disappear.
I don't want to be a media personality. I just want to be more confident in myself.
That's reason enough. The camera prepares you for every public situation.
What we're working on
Five areas, one goal: take control of the situation
01. Message
What do you want to remain? We find and clarify your main messages.
02. Response technique
Short, precise, tough and unexpected questions: how to redirect back to your own message.
03. Quotable statement
The sentence that sticks. We condense one idea into a short, clear sentence that will be quoted.
04. Body language and facial expressions
The camera magnifies the gaze, the hand, the subtle reactions after a question.
05. Situation
Studio interview, report, podcast, brief statement. Real situations, not sterile environment.
Small group · Big attention
Why maximum 6 people?
Because everyone gets in front of the camera. Multiple times. This isn't a presentation where twenty people watch while a few volunteers try the tasks.
We work with each participant individually, we review every recording, and there will be a different point for each person where the biggest change can be made. The intensity of media training is made possible by the small group size.
Result
What do you take with you?
Clearer key messages
Shorter, more precise answers
Memorable sentence structure
Confidence in unexpected questions
More conscious body language and facial expressions
Real on-camera experience
Zsuzsa Demcsák
Nearly 30 years in front of the camera
Thousands of interviews, live broadcasts, unexpected situations, difficult questions. Moments when there is no second take. The media taught me that preparation is essential, but it is not enough by itself: you must listen, you must react, and all the while you must remain present.
I translate this experience into situations that you can practice in a safe environment. Again and again, until you not only know what you should do, but also feel that you are capable of it.
True confidence does not come from imagining that things will go well. It comes from having already seen yourself do well.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions and Answers
What is this training, and who conducts it?
A one-day, 8-hour media training in Budapest with a maximum of 6 participants and a professional crew. You practice interviews, statements, podcasts, and unexpected questions on camera. We review, analyze, and re-record every footage. Zsuzsa Demcsák conducts it, who has been working on camera for nearly 30 years and has been a communication trainer since 2020.
What are the prerequisites?
Completion of the Speech Technique and Public Speaking training. That's where we build the foundations: breathing, voice, emphasis, presence. In the media training, we build on these skills on camera.
How much does it cost?
The participation fee for the media training is agreed upon based on your interest, before finalizing your registration. Send us your inquiry, and we'll discuss the details.
Is it worth attending only if I appear in media?
No. Some people prepare for TV or podcast appearances, and others want to be more confident in presentations, negotiations, or leadership situations. The camera helps you see your own communication from the outside, and you can use this in every public situation afterwards.
Do we really work on camera?
Yes, that's the essence of this training. We model professional camera situations, review the footage immediately, analyze it, and then re-record.
How can I inquire?
Click the 'I'm interested in media training' button, or email [email protected]. Submitting your inquiry involves no payment obligation. We'll discuss the details of the media training via email.
