Mobile App Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of the Demcsak | Tréning App mobile app (the App). Trainings, registration, payment and cancellation are governed by the General Terms and Conditions, and data protection by the Privacy Policy; these also apply when you use the App.
1. Provider
Benelia Kommunikációs Médiatanácsadó Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, 1037 Budapest, Szépvölgyi út 149. D. ép. 2. em. 3. · [email protected] · +36303063995. The App is solely the Provider's service; Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement.
2. Acceptance
To use the App you must accept these terms. If the terms change materially, the App shows the new version the next time you open it, and you must accept it again to keep using the App.
3. Account and security
- The App works with your website account. Do not share your login details; if you notice unauthorised use, tell us the form to the data controller (report misuse) and change your password.
- You can see your signed-in devices under Profile → Devices and sign them out there.
- You can delete your account at any time: in the app under Profile → Delete account, on the website on the My data page, or without signing in on the Delete account page. Deletion is final; what happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Permitted use
The App may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is forbidden to reverse engineer or modify the App, to copy, pass on or record the learning materials without permission, to harass others in messages, or to send unlawful or offensive content. In such cases we may restrict or terminate access.
5. Payment
There are no in-app purchases; you pay training fees on the website or based on the proforma invoice, as set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
6. Notifications and permissions
The App only asks for a permission when you use the feature that needs it:
- Értesítések (push): emlékeztetők, üzenetek, órarend-változás. Bármikor kikapcsolható a telefon beállításaiban vagy az appban.
- Kamera és fotótár: csak ha profilképet (selfie) készítesz vagy választasz.
- Mikrofon: csak hangüzenet felvételekor, amíg a felvétel gombot nyomod.
- Naptár: csak ha egy időpontot te magad a telefonod naptárába teszel.
- Internetkapcsolat és eszközadatok (típus, rendszerverzió, app-verzió): a bejelentkezett eszközök listájához és a hibák javításához.
You can withdraw permissions at any time in your phone's settings.
The App may also send system messages (e.g. training reminders, a new message from the trainer, payment confirmation, questionnaires) as push notifications if you have allowed this on your phone. We only send notifications containing offers and discounts if you have switched this on separately in the settings. You can switch notifications off by category at any time under Profile › Notifications & emails or in your phone's settings.
7. Licence
The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for as long as your account exists, on devices permitted by the Apple App Store or Google Play usage rules. The intellectual property in the learning materials and the App belongs to the Provider or the trainers.
8. Availability, liability
We aim to keep the App running, but it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or a failure of an external service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by faults of the internet connection, the device or a third-party service. This does not limit the rights consumers have by law.
9. Maintenance and support
Maintenance and support of the App are the Provider's responsibility (not Apple's or Google's). For questions or bugs you can write to us our message form (topic: app) (the Bug report menu in the App also works), and you can submit a complaint our complaint form.
10. Third-party beneficiary, legal compliance
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against iOS users. You declare that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US list of prohibited parties. Handling third-party intellectual property claims relating to the App is the Provider's responsibility.
11. Complaints, disputes

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law; mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
