Your personal brand builds itself even if you don't work on it
Only then do you not decide what image forms about you. A personal brand is not a logo, not a color palette, not a perfect Instagram feed, but what others consistently associate with you: a topic, a viewpoint, a style, a feeling about what it's like to work with you.
If you don't make this conscious, it still forms. It just won't be what you want.
The essence
On social media, the loudest doesn't win
But the one who can be recognized. Plenty of good professionals communicate today about the same things, with the same advice and phrases, that doesn't make the content bad, it just becomes easy to forget where you heard it from.
That's why we don't start with how many Reels videos you should make per week. First, we figure out: why should someone pay attention to you specifically?
Familiar?
Here's what we work with
I have the knowledge, just don't know how to communicate it.
You know what you're doing in your field, but suddenly the topic is too big to fit in a post.
Everyone is talking about the same thing.
You don't want to create the hundredth version of the same thing.
I don't like myself on video.
Your voice sounds different, you don't know where to look, what to do with your hands.
I post, but I don't feel like it's building a brand.
There's content, but there's no recognizable system behind it.
Three steps
Brand first, then content
We fix three things, and the content follows from that.
1
Who are you?
We find your own position. We don't invent a character, but build on your existing knowledge and story.
2
Who are you talking to and about what?
We're not looking for followers, but for people who might care about what you know.
3
How do you show it?
In video. There's your face, your voice, your thinking. We learn to use this consciously.
Practical videos, with your phone
Not theory, but real practice
1
Strategy
Topic, message, structure.
2
Recording with your phone
Setup, lighting, gaze, start.
3
Watching together
What works, what feels forced.
4
Feedback
Concrete, supportive correction.
5
New recording
The second one won't be the same.
Small group · Personal attention
Why a maximum of 9 people?
Because we can't work from templates here. Nine people have nine different professional stories, audiences, characters, and challenges with how they appear.
That's why you don't get a generic "5 steps to a successful personal brand" presentation – we work with your own brand, and that requires personal attention.

Zsuzsa Demcsák
Nearly 30 years in the public eye with my work
The space of communication has changed in the meantime: previously the camera meant television, today almost everyone has it in their pocket. Social media provided the opportunity for anyone to reach directly those they want to talk to, but just because everyone got a channel doesn't mean everyone has their own message and position.
I help put order into this. I'm not here to reshape you into a different person for social media, quite the opposite: I'm interested in how to turn who you already are into a recognizable, consistent and credible personal brand.

Questions and Answers
What is this training and who conducts it?
A one-day group training in Budapest with a maximum of 9 people. We'll find your position and message, then you'll make a video with your own phone, which you'll also edit by the end of the day. The training is conducted by Zsuzsa Demcsák, who has been working in front of the camera for almost 30 years and has been a communication trainer since 2020.
How much does it cost?
Net 120,000 HUF + VAT, which is 152,400 HUF gross.
Do I need prior training?
No. You can register without any prerequisites.
Is this for me if I don't have a personal brand yet?
Yes. We don't expect you to have a finished brand. You're here to help us find its foundation.
Is it worth coming even if I'm already posting regularly?
Yes, in fact we have more material in such cases. We'll review whether your current communication truly builds in that same direction.
Do I need to know how to edit videos?
No. This is not a video editing course. You'll learn the basics on site, and you'll go home with a finished, edited video. The focus is on personal branding, your message, and video presentation.
Do I need professional equipment?
No. Bring your phone. We work with a method you'll be able to use the next day as well.
Do we also work in front of a professional camera?
Not in this training. Here you work with your own phone and your own social media presence. Working with a professional crew and in front of a camera is part of the Media Training.
What happens after I register?
You'll receive an email with the venue, start time, and all practical information.
