But about being better understood. And remembered for what you said.
It matters how you breathe, the pace you speak at, where you pause, what you emphasize. But your gaze, your posture, and what happens to you when all eyes are on you matters just as much. Your verbal and non-verbal communication together determine how your presentation impacts, we work on these separately, then put them together.
Does any of this sound familiar?
These situations are familiar to many people
I know what I want to say, but it doesn't come out right.
You stand up, you speed up, the emphasis gets lost, and your well-thought-out sentence sounds different.
I stammer, say "um," and run out of breath.
You often don't notice it. Others, however, do.
I don't know what to do with my body.
Where should I look? What should I do with my hands? Should I stand still or move?
I tell them everything, but nothing stays with them.
Professional knowledge alone doesn't make a speech memorable.
Topics
What we work on
We develop separately what they hear and what they see, then we put it together.
Breathing and voice support
So you have enough air and your voice doesn't fade by the end of the sentence.
Articulation and speech pace
So not only you understand what you said, and you get rid of rushing.
Emphasis and pause
We highlight what needs to stick. The pause is one of the most powerful tools.
Memorable sentences
How to compress a thought into a sentence that the listener will recall.
Posture and gestures
How to stand stably without becoming stiff, and what to do with your hands.
Eye contact and facial expression
How to create connection with one person and an entire audience.
Space usage
Where to stand, when to move, and how to naturally occupy the space.
Presence
When you stop watching what your hands are doing and instead speak to the person in front of you.
How does the day unfold?
We build it in the morning, we use it in the afternoon
Morning: we build the toolkit
Breathing, voice, articulation, tempo, emphasis, pauses. With short exercises, we examine which area makes the most difference in your own speech — you don't get general rules.
Afternoon: we use it
You stand in front of others. You practice short speeches and presentation situations, receive tasks, respond, rephrase. By the end of the day, you won't just know it — you'll already be doing it differently.
Small group · Real practice
Why maximum 15 people?
Because you will practice. The group size is limited so that everyone speaks, everyone practices, and everyone receives personal feedback.
Everyone has different challenges. Some stammer, some speak too quietly, some get lost in details, and some speak excellently until they have to stand up.

In live broadcasting, there is no do-over. You have to find the essence, pay attention to the other person, react, and all the while speak in a way that the viewer understands what is happening and wants to keep watching.
After nearly 30 years of work in front of the camera, thousands of broadcasts and interviews, I have converted this experience into practical training.
I don't want to teach you to speak like me. Let's find out how you can speak most powerfully.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions and Answers
What is this training and who conducts it?
A one-day, 8-hour group training in Budapest, with a maximum of 15 participants. In the morning we build your toolkit, in the afternoon you practice in front of others with personal feedback. It is conducted by Zsuzsa Demcsák, who has been working in front of the camera for nearly 30 years and has been a communication trainer since 2020.
How much does it cost?
Net 89,000 HUF + VAT, which is 113,030 HUF gross.
Who is it for?
Leaders, entrepreneurs, experts, educators. Anyone whose work involves speaking in front of others: at presentations, meetings, conferences, or in front of clients or teams.
Is it for me if I get very nervous speaking in front of others?
Yes. The goal is not to never feel nervous again, but to prevent nervousness from taking control of your voice, your body, and your message.
Is it worth attending if I present regularly?
Yes. Experienced speakers' certain habits become automatic. Personal feedback helps you notice what you no longer perceive about yourself.
Is this actor or voice training?
No. We start from your own natural speech and make it more conscious, more understandable, and more impactful.
Do we also work in front of a camera?
Not in this training. Here we focus on speech, body language, and speaking in front of others. Working with a professional crew in front of a camera is part of Media Training, and completing this training is a prerequisite for Media Training.
What happens after I sign up?
You will receive an email with the venue, the start time, and all practical information.
