Payment and billing terms

1. Payment methods

Services are paid by bank card via the providers offered by the Service Provider (Gránit Bank, Revolut). The customer chooses among the available providers at checkout. The Service Provider never sees or stores card data.

2. Prices

Prices are in Hungarian forint (HUF) and include VAT.

3. Proforma and invoice

At order time a proforma (payment request, not a tax document) is issued. After successful payment an electronic invoice is issued (reported to the Hungarian Online Invoice system) and sent to the e-mail provided. By ordering, the customer consents to the electronic invoice. Billing contact: trening@demcsakzsuzsa.hu.

4. Failed payment

If payment fails, the order does not take effect and the system notifies the customer. Payment may be retried; the proforma may expire after the due date.

5. Recurring payments

For recurring services the customer authorises repeated charges to the card at the stated frequency and amount. An invoice is issued for each charge. The authorisation is valid until cancellation, which may be requested in the account or in writing (info@demcsakzsuzsa.hu) and takes effect from the next billing date.

6. Deposit and cancellation

Enrolment for a training/appointment becomes final upon receipt of the fee (or the part paid as a deposit); the deposit secures the reservation. Under Section 6:185 of the Hungarian Civil Code, if the contract fails for reasons attributable to the customer or the cancellation is late, the deposit is not refunded. Cancellation tiers: 14 days before the start, amounts paid above the deposit are fully refunded; 7 days, 50%; within 7 days, no refund. The deposit amount is stated in the enrolment confirmation.

7. Withdrawal

The consumer’s right of withdrawal applies under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), with the exceptions set out therein — e.g. after full performance, or for a service begun at the consumer’s express prior request, withdrawal may not apply or only against proportionate payment. Refunds use the original payment method.
