Before you apply

Which training should I start with?
Speech Technique and Public Speaking is the foundation: voice, breathing, emphasis, presence. If you primarily want to appear on video, you can also start with Personal Brand on Social Media, which has no prerequisites. You can apply for media training after speech technique.
How much do the trainings cost?
Speech Technique and Public Speaking: 89,000 HUF net + VAT. Personal Brand on Social Media: 120,000 HUF net + VAT. The participation fee for media training will be agreed upon after your inquiry, before finalizing your registration. I send a quote for corporate training.
How can I register and pay?
Select your date and click the Register button. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Your spot becomes final when the payment arrives.
What invoice will I receive?
A corporate invoice for a company or individual entrepreneur. The invoice will be sent to you by email after payment.
What if I can't attend after all?
You can cancel for free up to 14 days before the training. Between 13 and 7 days before, we refund half the fee. Within 7 days, you can send someone in your place or re-register for a later date.
Where are the trainings held?
In Budapest. I'll send you the exact location by email after registration.
Is this right for me if I get very nervous in front of others?
Yes. The goal is not to never feel nervous again, but to make sure nervousness doesn't take control. We practice in small groups in a safe environment.
Do you also conduct training for corporate groups?
Yes, at your location or in Budapest, in Hungarian or English. You can read more about corporate trainings below, and you can request a quote using the Request Corporate Quote button.

About Me

I have nearly 30 years of television work behind me. I worked in the foreign affairs department of Hungarian Television and in the TV2 news division, on Tények and Jó estét, Magyarország!. For more than ten years I hosted the Mokka morning show, I hosted entertainment shows, and I presented the reality show Farm VIP.

Today I advise companies on communication. I am communication and business development strategy advisor to GKI Economic Research Co., and I also support executives in crisis communication. Since 2020 I have run trainings with my own company, Benelia Kommunikációs Kft.

My core message: anyone can become a good communicator and a confident speaker, because every element of communication can be learned.
