Delete account

Here you can ask for your account and personal data to be deleted – also if you use the mobile app or can no longer sign in.

What we delete
  • name, e-mail address, phone, address, profile picture
  • sign-in details – the account can no longer be used, the app signs out on every device
  • newsletter subscription
What we keep (without personal data)
  • invoices and payments – kept for 8 years by accounting law, as "Deleted user"
  • anonymous statistics (e.g. number of quiz results)
We send a confirmation link to this address – deletion only starts from that link.
For trainer / staff accounts we handle the request by hand (courses, students), within 30 days.
